AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Missouri Public Entity Risk
Management Fund (MOPERM) (Charles L. Crane Agency, agent) for the District’s Combined
Liability Insurance coverage from January 1, 2019 to June 30, 2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Missouri Public Entity Risk Management Fund (MOPERM)
(Charles L. Crane Agency, agent) is hereby awarded the contract for the District’s Combined
Liability Insurance coverage from January 1, 2019 to June 30, 2019.
The foregoing ordinance was adopted on December 13, 2018.
