AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Chubb Insurance Company (Charles L.
Crane Agency, agent) for the District’s Public Official Excess Liability Coverage from January
1, 2019 to July 1, 2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Chubb Insurance Company (Charles L. Crane Agency, agent) is
hereby awarded the contract for the District’s Public Official Excess Liability Coverage from
January 1, 2019 to July 1, 2019.
The foregoing ordinance was adopted on December 13, 2018.
