AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer
on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Dovetail,
whereby Dovetail will provide professional assessment, planning, design, and implementation
services for a revision of the MSD public website.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with
Dovetail, whereby Dovetail will provide professional assessment, planning, design, and
implementation services for a revision of the MSD public website.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this ordinance shall be a
one year contract and may be renewed at the option of the District for three (3) additional one-
year terms and shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the
Office of the General Counsel of the District. Accordingly, this ordinance shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
This foregoing Ordinance was adopted on January 10, 2019.
