HomeMy Public PortalAbout15108 Deer Creek Sanitary Tunnel (Clayton Rd to RDP) (Design Supplemental) (11731)ORDINANCE NO. 15108 AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,500,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for design in Deer Creek Sanitary Tunnel (Clayton Rd to RDP) (Design Supplemental) (11731) in the Cities of Brentwood, Clayton, Richmond Heights, Maplewood, and Webster Groves, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to amend Contract No. 10733 with Parsons Water & Infrastructure, Inc. for the aforesaid design services. WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13366, adopted February 9, 2012, appropriated the initial funding for and authorized Contract No. 10733; and WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,500,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for design in Deer Creek Sanitary Tunnel (Clayton Rd to RDP) (Design Supplemental) (11731) in the Cities of Brentwood, Clayton, Richmond Heights, Maplewood, and Webster Groves, Missouri. Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to amend Contract No. 10733 with Parsons Water & Infrastructure, Inc. for design in Deer Creek Sanitary Tunnel (Clayton Rd to RDP) (Design Supplemental) (11731) in the Cities of Brentwood, Clayton, Richmond Heights, Maplewood, and Webster Groves, Missouri, and shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District. Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on February 14, 2019.
