AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer
on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 21753 with
DJM Ecological Services for green infrastructure construction in Maffitt #5651-5659 &
Roosevelt #5632-5636 Bioretention (CB 5202 & 4243) CSO VR GI (12891) in the City of
St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 14879, adopted April 12, 2018, authorized the
appropriation for green infrastructure construction in the CSO Volume Reduction Green
Infrastructure (11146).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No.
21753 with DJM Ecological Services for green infrastructure construction in Maffitt #5651-5659
& Roosevelt #5632-5636 Bioretention (CB 5202 & 4243) CSO VR GI (12891) in the City of
St. Louis, Missouri, pursuant to bids received on the 9th day of January 2019; said contract shall
provide for a fee not to exceed Six Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($650,000.00) from the
General Fund and shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the
Office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on March 14, 2019.
