AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Sixty-Five Thousand
Dollars ($65,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance, Construction, Improvement Fund of
Seminary Branch of River Des Peres and Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($75,000.00) from the
Districtwide Stormwater Fund to be used for storm sewer construction in Big Bend to Papin
Storm Sewer Phase I (10035) in the City of Webster Groves, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 14810, adopted November 9, 2017, appropriated the
initial funding for and authorized Contract No. 21313; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty-Five Thousand Dollars ($65,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance, Construction, Improvement Fund of Seminary
Branch of River Des Peres and the sum of Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($75,000.00) is
hereby appropriated from the Districtwide Stormwater Fund for storm sewer construction in Big
Bend to Papin Storm Sewer Phase I (10035) in the City of Webster Groves, Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to appropriate funds for storm
sewer construction in Big Bend to Papin Storm Sewer Phase I (10035) in the City of Webster
Groves, Missouri, and shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by
the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on April 11, 2019.
