AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($50,000.00) from the Districtwide Stormwater Fund to be used for storm sewer
construction in Diplomat Lane Outfall Stabilization (11447) in the City of Chesterfield,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15016, adopted October 11, 2018, appropriated the
initial funding for and authorized Contract No. 21696; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the Districtwide Stormwater Fund for storm sewer construction in Diplomat
Lane Outfall Stabilization (11447) in the City of Chesterfield, Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to appropriate funds for storm
sewer construction in Diplomat Lane Outfall Stabilization (11447) in the City of Chesterfield,
Missouri, and shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the
Office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing ordinance was adopted on April 11, 2019.
