AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Nine Million Nine
Hundred Seventy Thousand Dollars ($9,970,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be
used for sanitary sewer construction in DC-02 & DC-03 Sanitary Relief (Brentwood Blvd to
Conway Rd) Phase II (12471) in the Cities of Brentwood, Rock Hill, and Ladue, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 14838, adopted January 11, 2018, appropriated the
initial funding for and authorized Contract No. 21628; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Nine Million Nine Hundred Seventy Thousand Dollars
($9,970,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for sanitary sewer
construction in DC-02 & DC-03 Sanitary Relief (Brentwood Blvd to Conway Rd) Phase II
(12471) in the Cities of Brentwood, Rock Hill, and Ladue, Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to appropriate funds for
sanitary sewer construction in DC-02 & DC-03 Sanitary Relief (Brentwood Blvd to Conway Rd)
Phase II (12471) in the Cities of Brentwood, Rock Hill, and Ladue, Missouri, and shall be
comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General
Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
This foregoing Ordinance was adopted on June 13, 2019.
