AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to ACE American Insurance Company
(Chubb) (Charles L. Crane Agency, agent) for the District’s Cyber Liability Insurance Program
coverage from July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. ACE American Insurance Company (Chubb) (Charles L. Crane
Agency, agent) is hereby awarded the contract for the District’s Cyber Liability Insurance
Program coverage from July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020.
This foregoing Ordinance was adopted on June 13, 2019.
