AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Allied World National Insurance
Company (Charles L. Crane Agency, agent) for the District’s Excess Umbrella Liability
Insurance (Second Layer) coverage from July 1, 2019 to July 1, 2020.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Allied World National Insurance Company (Charles L. Crane
Agency, agent) is hereby awarded the contract for the District’s Excess Umbrella Liability
Insurance (Second Layer) coverage from July 1, 2019 to July 1, 2020.
This foregoing Ordinance was adopted on June 13, 2019.
