HomeMy Public PortalAbout15234 Lower & Middle RDP CSO Controls System Improvements (11109)ORDINANCE NO. 15234 AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Three Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($320,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund and Three Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($375,000.00) from the General Fund to be used for design in Lower & Middle RDP CSO Controls System Improvements (11109) in various municipalities and Unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to amend Contract No. 10734 with Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. for the aforesaid design services. WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13368, adopted February 9, 2012, appropriated the initial funding for and authorized Contract No. 10734; and WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of Three Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($320,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund and the sum of Three Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($375,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund for design in Lower & Middle RDP CSO Controls System Improvements (11109) in various municipalities and Unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri. Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to amend Contract No. 10734 with Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. for design in Lower & Middle RDP CSO Controls System Improvements (11109) in various municipalities and Unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri; said contract being comprised of such terms and conditions as have been approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District. Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. This foregoing Ordinance was adopted on August 8, 2019.
