HomeMy Public PortalAbout15259 General Services Agreement ΓÇô Property Appraisal (2018) Contract B (12383)ORDINANCE NO. 15259 AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00) from the General Fund to be used for property appraisal services in General Services Agreement – Property Appraisal (2018) Contract B (12383) at various locations within the District; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment No. 2 to Contract No. 21641 with Mueller & Neff Real Estate Appraisers & Consultants for property appraisal services associated with the acquisition of easements and property rights by negotiation or condemnation. WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 14841, adopted January 11, 2018, appropriated the initial funding for and authorized Contract No. 21641; and WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund to be used for property appraisal services in General Services Agreement – Property Appraisal (2018) Contract B (12383) in various locations within the District. Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment No. 2 to Contract No. 21641 with Mueller & Neff Real Estate Appraisers & Consultants for property appraisal services in General Services Agreement – Property Appraisal (2018) Contract B (12383) at various locations within the District; and said contract shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District. Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing ordinance was adopted on September 12, 2019.
