HomeMy Public PortalAbout15305 General Services Agreement ΓÇô Survey Services (2020) Contract D (12418)ORDINANCE NO. 15305 AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for general surveying services in General Services Agreement – Survey Services (2020) Contract D (12418) in Various Locations within the District; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 21857 with The Sterling Company for the aforesaid general surveying services. WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for general surveying services in General Services Agreement – Survey Services (2020) Contract D (12418) in Various Locations within the District; said contract being comprised of such terms and conditions as have been approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District. Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 21857 with The Sterling Company, for general surveying services in General Services Agreement – Survey Services (2020) Contract D (12418) in Various Locations within the District. Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on November 14, 2019.
