AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer
on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an agreement with
Community Impact Network, for cost sharing for green infrastructure construction in CSO
Volume Reduction Green Infrastructure – The Network Building (13391) in the City of
Wellston , Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15210, adopted August 8, 2019, authorized the
appropriation for green infrastructure constr uction in the CSO Volume Reduction Green
Infrastructure - River Des Peres (13078).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One . The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an agreement
with Community Impact Network, for cost sharing for green infrastructure construction in CSO
Volume Reduction Green Infrastructure – The Network Building (13391) in the City of
Wellston , Missouri; said agreement shall provide for a fee not to exceed One Hundred Fifty-One
Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($151,200.00) from the General Fund and shall be comprised of
such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the
District.
The fore going Ordinance was adopted on January 9, 2020.
