AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00)
from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used to install sewer separation program (SSP)
devices in Gaslight Square Sewer Improvements (11137) in the City of St. Louis, Missouri; and
authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District to appropriate funds for SSP projects to be bid through purchasing.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above -named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00) is
hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used to install sewer separation
program (SSP) devices in Gaslight Square Sewer Improvements (11137) in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri; said contract being comprised of such terms and conditions as have been approved by
the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The fore going Ordinance was adopted on January 9, 2020.
