HomeMy Public PortalAbout15339 Stormwater Quality Green Infrastructure ΓÇô Small Grant Rainscaping Program (13352)ORDINANCE NO. 15339 AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00) from the Stormwater Regulatory Fund for a small grant administration agreement in Stormwater Quality Green Infrastructure – Small Grant Rainscaping Program (13352) in the City of St. Louis and St. Louis County, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an inter -agency agreement under Contract No. 21867 with the Missouri Botanical Gardens for a small grant administration agreement. WHEREAS, The Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered balance in the above named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One . The sum of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Stormwater Regulatory Fund for a small grant adminis tration agreement in Stormwater Quality Green Infrastructure – Small Grant Rainscaping Program (13352) in the City of St. Louis and St. Louis County, Missouri. Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an inter -agency agreement under Contract No. 21867 with the Missouri Botanical Gardens for a small grant administration agreement in Stormwater Quality Green Infrastructure – Small Grant Rainscaping Program (13352) in the City of St. Louis and St. Louis County, Missouri. Section Three. The inter -agency agreement authorized in Section Two of this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as have been approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District. Section Four. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The fore going Ordinance was adopted on January 9, 2020.
