AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars
($130,000.00) from the General Fund to be used for rainfall data gathering and analysis in Radar
Rainfall Data (2020) (12006) District -wide ; and authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract
No. 21868 with Vieux and Associates, Inc. for the aforesaid rainfall data gathering and analysis .
WHEREAS, the Director of Financ e has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above -named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars ($130,000.00) is
hereby appropriated from the General Fund for rainfall data gathering and analysis in Radar
Rainfall Data (2020) (12006) District -wide ; said contract shall be comprised of such other terms
and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter Contract No. 21868
with V ieux and Associates, Inc. for rainfall data gathering and analysis in Radar Rainfall Data
(2020) (12006) District -wide .
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on January 9, 2020.
