AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Three Hundred Thirty-Six Thousand Dollars
($336,000.00) from the Districtwide Stormwater Fund to be used for design of maintenance yard
vehicle storage building in Maintenance Yard Vehicle Storage Building (Mintert) (10282) in the
City of Ferguson, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 21869 with
Crawford Murphy & Tilly Inc. for the aforesaid design of maintenance yard vehicle storage
building.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above -named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Hundred Thirty-Six Thousand Dollars
($336,000.00)is hereby appropriated from the Districtwide Stormwater Fund for design of
maintenance yard vehicle storage building in Maintenance Yard Vehicle Storage Building
(Mintert) (10282) in the City of Ferguson, Missouri; said contract being comprised of such terms
and conditions as have been approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No.
21869 with Crawford Murphy & Tilly Inc., for design of maintenance yard vehicle storage
building in Maintenance Yard Vehicle Storage Building (Mintert) (10282) in the City of
Ferguson, Missouri.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The fore going Ordinance was adopted on January 9, 2020.
