WHEREAS, the Executive Director of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
(District) has recommended to the Board of Trustees that District real properties, located at 4205
Maryland Avenue, St. Louis, Missouri, 63108 and 345 Whittier, St. Louis, Missouri, 63108, are
no longer necessary or useful in the District’s operations and therefore, should be declared as
surplus property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLIT AN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Based upon the recommendation of the Executive Director of the
District, the above-described real properties are hereby determined to be no longer necessary or
useful in the District’s operations and are therefore, declared surplus real property.
Section Two. This determination is made pursuant to Resolution No. 2016,
adopted September 18, 1991.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted on August 8, 2019.
