A RESOLUTION, transferring unencumbered appropriated balances totaling Four
Million Five Thousand Two Hundred Forty Dollars ($4,005,240) from the General Fund #1101
and the District-wide Stormwater Fund #5120 to the Wastewater Emergency Fund #4122,
Stormwater Regulatory Fund #5110, Stormwater Operations and Maintenance Fund #5130,
Coldwater Creek OMCI Fund #5564, Loretta-Joplin OMCI #5574, North Affton OMCI Fund
#5579, Watkins Creek OMCI Fund #5587, Wellston OMCI Fund #5589, Meramec River Basin
Subd #449 OMCI Fund #5591, Sanitary Replacement Fund #6660, Improvement Fund #4102,
Water Backup Fund #4104 and the General Insurance Fund #4105 to allow for the proper
classification of expenses in the District’s year-end financial statements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT that:
Section One: That the total sum of Four Million Five Thousand Two Hundred
Forty Dollars ($4,005,240) of unencumbered appropriations is hereby transferred from the funds
and in the amounts as indicated in the following table.
The following amounts are available for a transfer of appropriations:
