WHEREAS, Theresa A. Bellville has served The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District from August 27, 2001, to her retirement effective September 1, 2019.
WHEREAS, her tireless energy, dedication and loyalty as Assistant Director of
Finance contributed to the development and progress of the District and to the public, which it
serves;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board on behalf of itself, the District and its people, and the citizens it
herewith cites and expresses its greatest appreciation to Theresa A. Bellville for her 18 years of
exemplary service;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this expression be presented to
Ms. Theresa A. Bellville.
The foregoing resolution was adopted on September 12, 2019.
