AN ORDINANCE, repealing Ordinance NO. 12281, as adopted
August 31, 2006, and enacting a new ordinance in lieu thereof appropriating
One Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,500,000.00) from the Sanitary
Replacement Fund for the repair, removal, rehabilitation and modification of
existing separate sewer system overflows in Separate Sewer Overflow
Modification and Monitoring Program (2006174).
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the
obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. Ordinance No. 12281, as adopted August 31, 2006,
is hereby repealed.
Section Two. The sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand
Dollars ($1,500,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement
Fund for the repair, removal, rehabilitation and modification of existing
separate sewer system overflows in Separate Sewer Overflow Modification and
Monitoring Program (2006174).
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance,
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
