AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a variable width right-of-way
in a tract of land being part of Magoffin Avenue and in part of Lots 1A and 1B of
Hip Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 168, Page 83 of the St. Louis County
records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested that this
District vacate the portion of the subject right-of-way, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The portion of a variable width right-of-way tract of
land being part of Magoffin Avenue right-of-way as shown hachured on the
attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A-5” and “B-5” and
made a part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 10, 2007
