AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten-foot (10’) wide
easement located in part of Lots 3, 4, and 29 of Eleanor Park No. 2 as recorded
in Deed Book 6327, Page 2534 of the St. Louis County records, in the City of
Berkeley, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The portion of a ten-foot (10’) wide easement in said
Lots 3, 4 and 29 of Eleanor Park No. 2 as shown hachured on the attached
“Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is
hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 10, 2007
