AN ORDINANCE, vacating an eighty-foot (80’) long by thirty-foot
(30’) wide portion of a sixty-foot (60’) wide easement in Lot 8 of Sunswept
Subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 76, Page 38 of
the St. Louis County, City of Creve Coeur, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no
further used for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The portion of a sixty-foot (60’) wide easement in said
Lot 8 of Sunswept Subdivision as shown hachured on the attached “Easement
Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby
vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 14, 2007.
