AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Three Hundred Thousand Dollars
($300,000.00) from the General Fund for the procurement of information
systems planning and consulting services, and authorizing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into a contract with MICON Consulting, Inc., for the
procurement of the aforementioned services.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the
obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The sum of Three Hundred Thousand Dollars
($300,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund for the
procurement of information systems planning and consulting services.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to
enter into a contract with MICON Consulting, Inc., for the procurement of
information systems planning and consulting services.
Section Three. The contracts authorized in Section Two of this
ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by
the office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Four. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance,
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 12, 2007.
