($500,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for the repair, removal,
rehabilitation and modification of existing separate sewer system overflows and
equipping with electric monitoring devices for future reporting purposes in the
Separate Sewer Overflow Modification and Monitoring Program (FY2008)
(2006174).
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The sum of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars
($500,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for the
repair, removal, rehabilitation and modification of existing separate sewer system
overflows and equipping with electric monitoring devices for future reporting
purposes in the Separate Sewer Overflow Modification and Monitoring Program
(FY2008) (2006174).
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 12, 2007.
