HomeMy Public PortalAbout12482O R D I N A N C E NO. 12482 AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Five Hundred Fourteen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($514,500.00) from the General Fund for the procurement of services and equipment required in the Enterprise Systems Retooling Phase I – Telephone Communications System project to replace the District’s current PBX system and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Netelligent Corporation, for the procurement of the aforementioned services and equipment. WHEREAS, this capital improvement project was included in the Information Systems Department’s fiscal year 2006-2007 budget, the funds hereby appropriated will be drawn from said budget; and WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT Section One. The sum of Five Hundred Fourteen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($514,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund for the procurement of services and equipment required in the Enterprise Systems Retooling Phase I – Telephone Communications System project to replace the District’s current PBX system. Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Netelligent Corporation, for the procurement of services and equipment required in the Enterprise Systems Retooling Phase I – Telephone Communications System project to replace the District’s current PBX system . Section Three. The contract authorized in Section Two of this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District. Section Four. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 9, 2007.
