AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten-foot (10’) wide easement located
in Parcel ‘B’ of Colla Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 286, Pages 69 and 70 of the St. Louis County Records, City of Town and
Country, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the subject easement and this District has no further use for
said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The ten-foot (10’) wide easement in said Parcel ‘B’ of
Colla Subdivision as shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation
Plat” and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 12, 2007.
