AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of three (3) ten-foot (10’) wide
easements in Amended Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Amended Topping Place according
to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 303, Pages 79 and 80 of the St. Louis
County Records, in St. Louis County, City of Town and Country, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portions of the subject easements and this District has no
further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The portions of the three (3) ten-foot (10’) wide
easements in Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Amended Topping Place as shown hachured
on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat” and marked Exhibit “A” and made
a part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 12, 2007.
