AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten foot (10’) wide and a twelve
foot (12’) wide easement located in Public Storage Florissant Subdivision
according to the plat there recorded in Plat Book 346, Page 95 of the St.
Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the subject easements, and this District has no
further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10’) wide and twelve foot (12’)
wide easements in said Deed Book 1485, Pages 1350-1352, as shown
hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit
“A” and made a part thereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 12, 2001 2001 by the
following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, J.W. Siscel, C.D. Seward, and A.J.
Soukenik.
Nays – None.
