AN ORDINANCE, awarding contracts to American Home Insurance Company,
United Capitol Insurance Company, and Westchester Insurance Company (Sedgwick James of
Missouri, Inc. Agent) for the District's Zone "A" Flood Insurance coverage from May 9, 1997
through June 30, 1998, with an emergency clause.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The American Home Insurance Company is hereby awarded a
contract for the District's Zone "A" Flood Insurance coverage from May 9, 1997 through June
30, 1998.
Section Two. The United Capitol Insurance Company is hereby awarded a
contract for the District's Zone "A" Flood Insurance coverage from May 9, 1997 through June
30, 1998.
Section Three. The Westchester Insurance Company is hereby awarded a
contract for the District's Zone "A" Flood Insurance coverage from May 9, 1997 through June
30, 1998.
Section Four. The District's Zone "A" Flood Insurance is essential for the
protection of the public safety, and the contracts for said insurance, as herein awarded, must
take effect without delay, thus creating an emergency within the meaning of the Plan.
Accordingly, this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 8, 1997.
