AN ORDINANCE, vacating a thirty foot (30') wide easement located in Lot 1
of "White Bridge Meadows," a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 311, Page 11 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The thirty foot (30') wide easement in said Lot 1 of "White
Bridge Meadows" as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat," and
marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 8, 1997.
