AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to execute all documents necessary in
order to procure flood insurance from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)
for the buildings and contents at certain specified District locations.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to execute all documents
necessary in order to procure flood insurance from the Federal Emergency Management
Agency (FEMA) for the buildings and contents at the following specified District locations, to
wit:
Baumgartner Lagoon
Baumgartner Pump Station
Bonfils Pump Station
Brooklyn Pump Station
Carr Pump Station
Caulks Creek Pump Station
Chambers Street Pump Station
Christopher & Nellie Pump Station
Chrysler Sub Pump Station
Coldwater Creek Pump Station
Coldwater Creek Treatment Plant
Creve Coeur Mill Road Pump Station
Dickson Pump Station
District General Offices
Fenton Interim Treatment Plant
Filmore Pump Station
Fine Road Lagoon
Gimblin Pump Station
Grand Glaize Treatment Plant
Highway 40 & Service Road P.S.
Jefferson Barracks Pump Station
Kiefer Creek Pump Station
Lemay Pump Station
Lemay Treatment Plant
Macklind Pump Station
Martigney (Koch Road) Pump Station
Meramec Bottoms Pump Station
Miller Pump Station

Section Two. The documents as authorized in Section One of this Ordinance
shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the General
Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 12, 1997.
