AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00)
from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for Procurement of Backflow Valves (L-03G1) for the
Lemay Service Area Overflow Regulation System Lower River des Peres (L-03G) Stormwater
Outfalls (93038G), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00) is
hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for Procurement of Backflow Valves
(L-03G1) for the Lemay Service Area Overflow Regulation System Lower River des Peres (L-
03G) Stormwater Outfalls (93038G), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 12, 1997.
