AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seven Hundred Ninety Thousand Dollars
($790,000.00) from the General Fund of the District for the development of impervious
surface measurements for all parcels of real property within the boundaries of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract
with Southern Digital Services, Inc. for the development of said impervious measurements.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized
herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seven Hundred Ninety Thousand Dollars
($790,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the District for the
development of impervious surface measurements for all parcels of real property within the
boundaries of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract
with Southern Digital Services, Inc. for the development of impervious surface
measurements for all parcels of real property within the boundaries of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District, said contract to be comprised of such terms and conditions as are
approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 12, 1997.
