AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten foot (10') wide easement and a five foot (5')
wide easement located in Lot 2 of a subdivision of a tract of land in the northwest quarter of
Section 7, T. 45 N., R. 6E., a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
98, Page 36 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10') wide easement and the five foot (5') wide
easement in said Lot 2 of a subdivision of a tract of land in the northwest quarter of Section
7, T. 45 N., R. 6 E., as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and
marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 12, 1997.
