AN ORDINANCE, vacating a five foot (5') wide by sixty-six foot (66') long
portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement recorded in Plat Book 42, Page 9 of the St. Louis
County Records and located in Lot 35 of Whitehall Court, a subdivision according to the plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 42, Page 9 of the St. Louis County Records.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said
portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. A portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement in Lot 35, as
recorded in Plat Book 42, Page 9 and shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation
Plat" being marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 12, 1997.
