AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement recorded
in Plat Book 96, Page 82 of the St. Louis County Records and located in Lot 48 along and
adjacent to the north line of said Lot in Grant-Haven Plat No. 3 , a subdivision according to
the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 96, Page 82 of the St. Louis County Records.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said
portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. A portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement, recorded in Plat
Book 96, Page 82 and shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat" being
marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 12, 1997.
