AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Twenty Thousand
Dollars ($20,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for additional project
costs for the procurement of Adjustable Frequency Drives (L-08B, 95042B) for the Lemay
Service Area Overflow Regulation System Lemay Pump Station Modifications, in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 9834, adopted April 18, 1996, provided the initial
funding for said project, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for additional project costs for
the procurement of Adjustable Frequency Drives (L-08B, 95042B) for the Lemay Service
Area Overflow Regulation System Lemay Pump Station Modifications, in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 10, 1997.
