AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with J.H. Berra
Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in Butler Hill & Ozarkglen
(95072), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with
J.H. Berra Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in Butler Hill &
Ozarkglen (95072), in St. Louis County, Missouri, pursuant to bids received and opened on
the 14th day of May, 1997.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 10, 1997.
