AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Budrovich
Excavating Company, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in Infrastructure Repair
#009P Hilltop (P-433) 90038, in the City of Sunset Hills, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with
Budrovich Excavating Company, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in Infrastructure
Repair #009P Hilltop (P-433) 90038, in the City of Sunset Hills, Missouri, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 30th day of May, 1997.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 10, 1997.
