AN ORDINANCE, vacating a five foot (5') wide portion of an easement in front
of building 7-C, said portion being part of an irregularly shaped easement of variable width
recorded in Plat Book 345, Page 3 of the St. Louis County Records and located in Lake
Chesterfield Apartments, a tract of land according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book
345, Page 3 of the St. Louis County Records.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have requested this District to
vacate a portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said portion
of the easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. A five foot (5') wide portion of an irregularly shaped easement of
variable width in a tract of land known as Lake Chesterfield Apartments, recorded in Plat Book
345, Page 3 and shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat" being marked
Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 10, 1997.
