AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement recorded
in Deed Book 1488, Page 540 of the St. Louis County Records and located in Lot 23 of
Dickson Terrace, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 46,
Page 4 of the St. Louis County Records.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested that this District
vacate a portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said portion
of the easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. A portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement in Lot 23, recorded
in Deed Book 1488, Page 540 and shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation
Plat" being marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 10, 1997.
