AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement recorded
in Plat Book 325, Page 74 of the St. Louis County Records and located in Lot 28 of Green
Valley Estates, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 325, Page
74 of the St. Louis County Records.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate a portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said portion
of the easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. A portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement in Lot 28, recorded
in Plat Book 325, Page 74 and shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat"
being marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 10, 1997.
