AN ORDINANCE, vacating ten foot (10') wide easements located in Lots 23
and 24 of "Whitestone Village", a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 28, Page 74 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10') wide easements in said Lots 23 and 24 of
"Whitestone Village" as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and
marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 10, 1997.
