AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Riverside
Const., Inc. for the construction of a grouted rock swale and storm sewers and appurtenances
in Infrastructure Repair #166 (Foxpath Dr. #10692) 96035, in the City of Bellefontaine
Neighbors, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with
Riverside Const., Inc. for the construction of a grouted rock swale and storm sewers and
appurtenances in Infrastructure Repair #166 (Foxpath Dr. #10692) 96035, in the City of
Bellefontaine Neighbors, Missouri, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 7th day of
July, 1997.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 14, 1997.
