AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement, as
recorded in Deed Book 1375, Page 531 of the St. Louis County Records, St. Louis County,
Missouri, said easement being located in Lot 89, Block 6 of "Glendale Terrace", a subdivision
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 35 of the St. Louis County
Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate a portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the ten foot (10') wide easement in said Lot 89,
Block 6 of "Glendale Terrace" as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat,"
and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 14, 1997.
