AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to execute an Easement for Metering
Devices Deed granting an easement to St. Louis County Water Company and Southwestern
Bell Telephone Company for the installation and maintenance of telecommunication cables,
wires, pedestals, closures and appurtenant facilities on certain District real property in St. Louis
County, Missouri described as Lot A of Bayless-Fenton Lot Split Subdivision according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 253, Page 91 of the St. Louis County Records.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to execute an Easement for
Metering Devices Deed granting an easement to St. Louis County Water Company and
Southwestern Bell Telephone Company for the installation and maintenance of
telecommunication cables, wires, pedestals, closures and appurtenant facilities on certain
District real property described as Lot A of Bayless-Fenton Lot Split Subdivision according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 253, Page 91 of the St. Louis County Records.
Section Two. The Easement for Metering Devices Deed as authorized in
Section One of this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as are
approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 14, 1997.
