AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a thirty foot (30') wide reserved sewer
easement recorded in private street vacation Ordinance 42105 of the City of St. Louis, and
located in Lot 2 of American National Can, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 68, Page 17 of the City of St. Louis Records.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested that this District
vacate a portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said portion
of the easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. A portion of a thirty foot (30') wide reserved sewer easement in
Lot 2, recorded in City of St. Louis Ordinance 42105 as approved July 11, 1911, and shown
hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat" being marked Exhibit "A" and made a
part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 11, 1997.
